There were no novice level entries in the California Open this year. It should also be noted that the ODCCA's Decorative Division was not an IWCA Division in 2017. The next IWCA Affiliate Show offering Decorative Divisions for novice and intermediate levels will be the Columbia Flyway Wildlife Show in Vancouver, WA on September 9th & 10th.
