Search for New IWCA Membership Chairperson Continues...

The IWCA is still looking for someone to step up to the position of Membership Chair. If you feel you could fill the position please contact the IWCA President - Monty Willis. These duties include:

MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

Membership Chair oversees the memberships to the IWCA (individual and affiliate) and reports to the IWCA board of directors. Duties include:

1. Receive membership dues, record  membership dues as received, transfer membership dues to the Treasurer for accounting and deposit, and send out membership notices.
2. Keep the membership database updated and provide a current database, as needed to the President, board members, and affiliate members.
3. Provide the Affiliate Member Shows with membership data and current rule books to be used in their affiliate member shows.
4. Be responsible for having the annual IWCA Rules Booklet printed and mailed out to the membership.
5. Report to the board of directors, the membership numbers and data at board meetings.
